By using the Nibras platform, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

🧑‍🎓 استخدام الخدمة | Use of Service

تُقدم المنصة خدمات توليد المحتوى التعليمي الرقمي وتصدير حزم SCORM وعروض PowerPoint للاستخدام التعليمي والأكاديمي. يُحظر استخدام المنصة لأي أغراض مخالفة للقانون أو الآداب العامة.

The platform provides digital educational content generation services and SCORM/PowerPoint export for educational and academic use. Use of the platform for illegal or unethical purposes is strictly prohibited.

🔐 حسابات المستخدمين | User Accounts

أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات حسابك وكلمة المرور الخاصة بك. أي نشاط يتم من خلال حسابك يُعدّ مسؤوليتك الكاملة.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity through your account is your sole responsibility.

🤖 الملكية الفكرية | Intellectual Property

المحتوى الذي تولّده باستخدام المنصة ملكٌ لك. بينما تحتفظ المنصة بحقوق الملكية الفكرية لجميع تقنياتها وكودها البرمجي وتصاميمها.

Content you generate using the platform belongs to you. The platform retains intellectual property rights over all its technologies, code, and designs.

💳 الاشتراك والدفع | Subscription & Payment

خدمات المنصة المدفوعة تخضع لسياسات الأسعار المعلنة. لا يُرد ثمن الاشتراكات بعد استخدامها ما لم تكن هناك مشكلة تقنية من جانبنا.

Paid platform services are subject to published pricing policies. Subscriptions are non-refundable after use unless there is a technical issue on our part.

⚠️ تحديد المسؤولية | Limitation of Liability

لا تتحمل منصة نبراس المسؤولية عن أي خسائر غير مباشرة أو أضرار ناتجة عن استخدام أو عدم القدرة على استخدام الخدمة.

Nibras Platform is not liable for any indirect losses or damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
